PARALLEL SESSIONS:

The principles and approaches of formal human rights education:

global, regional and national experiences

 

Objective:  Discussion and presentation of best practices, innovative, gender-inclusive approaches to providing formal and non-formal human rights education, taking into account the development of technology, Internet resources, and the rapidly changing geopolitical picture of the world. Speakers will also share their experience in using online and offline learning methods, as well as the results and lessons learned during the COVID-19 pandemic. Following the discussion, the groups will develop recommendations for inclusion in the Outcome Document of the Global Forum (Samarkand Action Plan to Promote Human Rights Education in Central Asia 2023-2025)
