The Forum expects to host more than 1000 participants, including national and foreign experts, representatives of national and international governments, parliaments, international and national youth organizations, national human rights institutions, educational and research institutions, civil society organizations, representatives of embassy, mass media and representatives of the international and regional inter-governmental organizations.
